LANCE C. BELONEY

LANCE C. BELONEY is a results-driven professional with progressive business development, operations, and manufacturing experience. He has provided executive and senior-level management and manufacturing leadership in a variety of industries. His most recent role was the Director of Manufacturing for Suncoast Post Tension, headquartered in Houston Tx.  He was most recently responsible for a $500MM manufacturing operation covering nine (9) locations in six (6) states which includes P&L, supply chain, capital budgeting, hiring, and cost management among other daily responsibilities.

He has over twenty years of experience in discrete and process manufacturing.  He has more than twelve years of engineering and manufacturing experience in oil and gas, commercial products, automotive, and construction industries.  He has experience managing regulatory compliance requirements, new acquisition assessment, achieving international certification such as ISO9001, Production Planning, and Purchasing.  He has experience establishing KPIs which include Cost reduction, Capital ROI Management, Safety TRIR, Unplanned downtime, Overall Operational Effectiveness (OOE), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).  He has extensive experience with transitioning organizations to a DATA driven environment.  He led the effort to transition his current employer to an Intelligent Manufacturing environment that created the ability to harvest real-time manufacturing data for real-time decision making.

Some of his accomplishments include: Leading the development of a new automatic tying manufacturing process for our tendon manufacturing operation improving the process by 31% and added an additional 68MM feet of capacity; Reduced waste by 15% by driving plant level organizational change; Created real-time dashboard that provides production data from nine (9) facilities, creating a data driven executive decision making platform; Implemented a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that provides equipment analytics to support a predictive maintenance model.

Additionally, He has previous experience as a manufacturing engineer with experience as an advanced 3D equipment design professional, and a LEAN manufacturing practitioner.
